Brief introduction of standardized training content for specialists
Medical education after graduation is a unique stage of medical science. It includes two parts. One part is postgraduate education, and the other part is the training of residents and specialists. On 1986, China officially launched the standardized training system for clinical residents under the leadership of the Ministry of Health. Peking University No.1 Clinical Medical College has gone through 17 years from the initial pilot unit to the promotion unit. The training mode of clinical residents has been gradually finalized. The training of clinical medical talents has made gratifying achievements. However, in the management of clinician training, we also found that it is very important to be promoted to the training of deputy chief physician after standardized training of residents and obtaining the qualification of attending physician. Because clinical medical colleges and universities should not only train doctors who are competent for daily clinical work, but more importantly, train veritable clinical medical research experts. Therefore, the teaching and research section, personnel department, scientific research department and medical department of Peking University First Clinical Medical College invited experts and professors, hospital administrative leaders and leaders of various departments. After many discussions, they decided to carry out specialist training in our hospital and began to write a training outline for specialists.
