According to the county's work plan for cultivating new professional farmers, Huining County Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau selected 54 large professional households, family farmers and backbone farmers cooperatives engaged in pig breeding to carry out training for production-oriented professional farmers, focusing on cultivating a group of new professional farmers with literacy, technology, management and management.

In addition to inviting nine technicians from the county to teach related knowledge such as home planning and construction, epidemic prevention management and disease prevention, pig nutrition demand and ration preparation, pig feeding management and breeding technology, the training class also invited relevant experts from provinces and cities to teach pig production, sales and pig disease prevention and control in large-scale farms. The second is the training of breeding bases. After the theoretical teaching, organize students to observe and study in large enterprises inside and outside the county, broaden their thinking, increase their knowledge and update their concepts. Training has been carried out in Yongdeng County, Jingtai County, Liangzhou District, the pig artificial insemination technical training base of Hongxing Breeding Professional Cooperative in Huining County, the pig artificial insemination technical training base of Changning Grass and Livestock Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. in Huining County, and the pig boar semen subcontracting technical training base of Yonghe Breeding Farmers Professional Cooperative in Huining County, and so on, so that one model is practiced in one base.
