Qualification for training and assessment of blasting engineering technicians: 1. At least 18 years old, but not more than 70 years old. 2. To apply for the junior /D of blasting engineering technicians, one should have obtained a college degree in science and engineering and engaged in blasting related work for more than 3 years, or a bachelor degree in science and engineering and engaged in blasting related work for more than 1 year.

Technical personnel who apply for blasting engineering for the first time and those who improve their work level shall declare according to the corresponding procedures for first application and qualification improvement, with specific reference to the Work Instruction for Handling Blasting Permit.
