Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Architectural Branch of China Architectural Society (hereinafter referred to as the Branch) is a professional social academic group led by China Architectural Society and voluntarily composed of technical workers and units engaged in construction and scientific research in the national construction industry. English name: China Building Construction Institute (CBCI for short).

The purpose of the second chapter is to unite the vast number of building technicians, promote the progress of building technology in China, promote the prosperity and development of building technology, promote the popularization and promotion of building technology, promote the growth and improvement of building technology talents, advocate the spirit of professionalism, innovation, realism and cooperation, play the role of bridge and link, and serve the development of building technology in China.

The main tasks of the third session are: to carry out extensive and in-depth academic theoretical exchanges and academic topic discussions on building technology, and to promote scientific and technological innovation and popularization and application of building technology; Carry out construction technical consultation, project evaluation, technical appraisal, achievement appraisal and technical training. To promote the growth and improvement of construction technical personnel; Complete other tasks entrusted by the society and relevant government departments.

Chapter II Members

Article 4 A member (individual member) who applies to join the Council of this branch must meet the following conditions:

(1) Abide by the Constitution of China Architectural Society and recognize the working rules of this branch;

(2) Willing to join the club;

(3) It has a certain influence in the business (industry and discipline) of the branch of this discipline, and has a high academic level, social expectation and certain representativeness.

Article 5 The procedure for joining a club is:

(a) submit a written application for membership;

(2) After being audited by the branch secretariat, it shall be discussed and approved by the Council or the Standing Council;

(three) to join the Council of this branch and become a member of China Architecture Society;

(4) payment of membership fees;

(5) The branch will issue the director certificate, and the China Architecture Society will issue the membership card.

Article 6 Members of the board of directors shall enjoy the following rights:

(a) the right to vote, to be elected and to vote in this department;

(two) to participate in the relevant activities organized by the branch, and to give priority to the information and help of the branch;

(three) have the right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of the branch;

(4) Freedom of voluntary membership and withdrawal.

Article 7 Members of the board of directors shall perform the following obligations:

(a) To implement the resolutions of the branch council;

(two) to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the club;

(three) to complete the work assigned by the Council or the secretariat;

(four) concerned about the work of the branch, report to the branch at any time, and provide academic papers, research results, investigation reports and information materials to the branch in a timely manner;

(five) to pay the membership fee according to the regulations.

Article 8 When members of the board of directors withdraw from the meeting, they shall notify the branch in writing and return the board card and membership card. If a member wants to rejoin the club after leaving the club, he must apply again.

Article 9 A member of the board of directors who fails to pay the membership fee as required or fails to participate in the club's activities for two consecutive years shall be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn from the club.

Article 10 If a member of the board of directors seriously violates the articles of association of the Exchange, he shall be removed by a vote of the board of directors or the Standing Council.

Chapter III Organizational Structure

Article 11 A branch company shall hold a democratic meeting and set up a board of directors. Members of the board of directors shall be elected through democratic elections and consultations and reported to the society for approval.

Article 12 The term of office of the Council is four years. In case of special circumstances, if it is really necessary to advance or postpone, it shall be reported to the Social Council for approval in advance, and the longest extension shall not exceed 1 year.

Article 13 Generally, the branch Council holds a plenary meeting once a year, and it can be held by communication under special circumstances. According to the needs of the work, the number of meetings can be appropriately increased. /kloc-hold meetings of executive directors or vice-chairmen or above in 2000-02.

Article 14 The main duties and tasks of the Council are:

First, modify the working regulations of the branch;

The second is to review the work report of the branch;

Third, determine the working principles and tasks of the branch;

4. Hire honorary chairman and consultant of the branch;

5. Elect the chairman, vice-chairman and secretary-general of the branch;

Intransitive verbs discuss important issues.

Article 15 The number of directors of the Board of Directors shall be determined according to the actual situation of the branch, and the number of executive directors shall generally not exceed 0/3 of the number of 65,438+directors.

Article 16 The branch board shall have a director 1 name, and the number of deputy directors shall be determined according to the needs of the work, including a secretary-general 1 name and 2-3 deputy secretaries-general. Elected by the Council for a term of four years. The working age of the chairman and vice chairman is generally not more than 70 years old; The working age of the Secretary-General and the Deputy Secretary-General is generally not more than 62 years old. Directors under the age of 50 should be no less than 1/5.

Article 17 The Council shall set up a secretariat to be responsible for the daily work of the branch. The secretariat is located in the Laboratory of Building Mechanization of China Institute of Building Research. When the Council is not in session, the secretariat shall perform the following duties entrusted by the Council:

1. resolutions of the executive board and directors' meeting;

The second is to formulate the work plan of this department;

Third, collect, organize, edit and transmit the information, materials and experiences sent by members;

Fourth, prepare for the board meeting;

5. Be responsible for contacting the directors (units) and handling the daily work of the branch;

Timely feedback and report all kinds of information and daily work to the Council.

Eighteenth according to the needs of the work, the branch can set up a science and technology progress award evaluation committee, architectural design award evaluation committee, excellent engineering construction case evaluation committee, excellent engineering chief engineer evaluation committee and other non-permanent institutions, which are managed and organized by the secretariat.

Article 19 The current chairman shall lead the establishment of a preparatory group for the general election of the branch, which shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations. Before the general election, the "general election plan" including the number of directors, quota allocation, updated proportion, chairman, vice chairman, secretary-general candidates, election methods and other contents shall be submitted to the Exchange, and shall be implemented after examination and approval by the Exchange.

Chapter IV Professional Committees

Article 20 According to the development of building science and technology, the branch may set up professional committees according to different professional fields, which are called "Professional Committees of Architectural Branch of China Architectural Society" (hereinafter referred to as "Professional Committees").

Article 21 The purpose of a professional committee is to unite scientific and technical workers in specific professional fields related to building construction, * * * carry out relevant research, consultation and exchange, discuss the development direction of technology, strengthen mutual cooperation, and * * * promote the development of building construction science and technology.

Twenty-second professional committees are composed of experts and scholars in domestic construction-related technical fields, and experts in other related fields can be absorbed as needed. The secretariat of the professional committee belongs to the influential domestic enterprises, institutions and colleges widely recognized by the industry, and is generally located at the main sponsor.

Twenty-third professional committees to carry out activities and publicity, must use the standard full name consistent with the name of the social group, that is, "China Architectural Society Architectural Branch Professional Committee".

Article 24 The Secretariat Branch is responsible for formulating management measures, establishing, merging or replacing subordinate units of the Secretariat, accepting suggestions and opinions, and assisting professional committees in their work.

Article 25 If a professional committee fails to carry out activities, participate in club activities or complete club arrangements for more than two consecutive years, or seriously violates relevant regulations, it may consider merging the professional committee or changing the subordinate units of the secretariat with the consent of the vice-chairman meeting of the club.

Article 26 The professional committees currently established by the Branch include: foundation pit engineering professional committee, BIM application professional committee, formwork and scaffolding professional committee, waterproof technology professional committee, concrete construction professional committee, concrete quality control and testing technology professional committee, winter construction professional committee, and university building construction discipline research association.

Article 27 A professional committee shall organize its members to participate in the annual meeting of the Construction Branch held every year, generally not less than 5- 10.

Article 28 Every year1early October (165438+), the professional committee shall submit a written report to the branch secretariat on the work of the current year and the work plan for the next year, and the branch secretariat shall notify the society after summarizing it.

Chapter V Funds

Twenty-ninth branch funding sources: special subsidies for scientific and technological activities; Subsidies for affiliated units and enterprises and institutions; Income from technical consultation and services; Assist the society to develop the retention of membership fees.

Article 30 Membership fee collection standard: According to the constitution of China Architecture Society, membership fee is 100 yuan/year, senior members are 1000 yuan/year, and foreign members are 1000 yuan/year (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan); Corporate member management unit 10000 yuan/year. The club doesn't charge extra membership fees.

Thirty-first club funds are mainly used for the business scope and career development stipulated in these regulations, and may not be distributed among members. Article 32 According to the requirements of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, China Architectural Society and other departments, the branch shall establish a strict financial management system with affiliated units as units to ensure the legality, truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of accounting information. Article 33 No unit or individual may occupy, privately divide, misappropriate or arbitrarily allocate the club's assets.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Article 34 These Articles of Association were reviewed and approved by the 9th Council meeting of Architectural Branch of China Architectural Society, and shall come into force on August 22nd, 20 14.

Article 35 The secretariat authorized by the Council shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Regulations.
