Article 5 A public security organ shall perform the following duties, which shall be specifically implemented by the fire department of the public security organ:

1, master the situation of fire safety education and training in this area, and put forward work suggestions to the people's government at the corresponding level and relevant departments;

2, coordinate the relevant departments to guide and supervise social fire safety education and training;

3, in conjunction with the administrative department of education, human resources and social security departments to implement supervision and management of fire safety professional training institutions;

4, regularly to the community residents' committees, villagers' committees and full-time (part-time) fire brigade, volunteer fire brigade, head of the fire safety training.

The administrative department of education shall perform the following duties:

1, the school fire safety education and training will be included in the education and training plan, and education supervision and work assessment will be carried out;

2. Guide and supervise the school to incorporate fire safety knowledge into the teaching content;

3. Incorporate fire safety knowledge into the on-the-job training of school administrators and teachers;
