No Blue Sky Rescue Team is a national civil pure public welfare emergency rescue organization, established in 2007, with branches all over the country, including more than 20 in Shaanxi alone. These players and volunteers come from all walks of life, including teachers, civil servants, engineers and students. The purpose of the rescue team is to carry forward the volunteer spirit of "dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress", advocate volunteers to serve the society with professional knowledge, and devote themselves to social welfare activities such as rescue in Qinling Mountain area, earthquake disaster rescue and emergency rescue knowledge publicity and training.
