The reinforced gabion shall be constructed to the elevation of 1825m, and the Renault pad shall be constructed to the elevation of 1828m to reach the flood control elevation.

(2) The protection of reinforced gabions along Y3 road in the right bank trunk highway project has been basically completed;

(3) In order to prevent the' muck' from flowing into the Lancang River on the left and right banks of the Ramgou permanent river-crossing bridge, a reinforced gabion along the river was set for protection at the construction site, and grass seeds were planted on the slope of the muck pile to cover the green non-woven fabric, which has been effectively protected at present.

(4) Before the flood season, the water retaining and drainage protection project of Jieyigou slag yard has been completed. Among them, the construction progress of box culvert in Dashitou Slag Yard was affected by the slag cleaning of 14th Hydropower Bureau, and it has been completed13, and the related protection works are planned to be completed before the flood season this year.

(5) Before the flood season this year, complete the protection of Nanjiluo River slag yard and the dredging of Nanjiluo River.

Two. Implementation of environmental protection and water and soil conservation measures in 20xx years

In accordance with the unified deployment of the preparatory office, the Ministry of Supervision made every effort to promote the special management of environmental protection and water conservation, increased resource input, carefully organized and completed various special management tasks of environmental protection and water conservation on schedule:

(1) In combination with the spirit of relevant documents of the preparation office, the regulatory authorities strictly require all construction units of Wunonglong Power Station to set up garbage pools in the construction area for centralized garbage disposal, which is rigorous and shameful.

(2) Clean up the production and living garbage in time, widen the roads in time, sprinkle water to reduce dust, and dismantle the temporary facilities and illegal buildings that affect the image in time.

(3) In accordance with the requirements of the preparation office and construction specifications, publicity signs such as "Everyone is responsible for protecting the environment" and "No littering" shall be set up in the construction area.

(4) Prevention and control of air pollution: control the speed of the site, set deceleration signs, sprinkle water on areas with heavy dust to reduce dust, and use wet operation when drilling holes to reduce dust generation and strengthen the protection of construction personnel, such as wearing masks.

(5) Noise prevention and control: adopt low-noise equipment, carry out regular maintenance, strictly implement the documents of the preparation office in blasting operation, control the blasting dosage within the specified time, reduce the dust generated by blasting, and distribute protective articles such as earplugs to operators.

(6) The pile foundation shall be constructed by percussion drill, and a mud sedimentation tank shall be set.

(7) Materials such as new steel bars should be neatly stacked.

Third, the current supervision department and the rectification measures for the problems existing in the construction site.

1. The problems existing in the construction site are reported as follows: the image of civilized construction on the construction site is poor, the materials piled up in various working faces are chaotic, and the road sprinkling and dust reduction work and pavement maintenance work in the work area are not in place. (Rectification measures: The supervision department will strengthen supervision and related management system in the future, and urge the construction unit to determine the stacking of building materials according to the dosage, service time, supply and transportation conditions. If the dosage is large, the service time is long, and the supply and transportation are convenient, the racing water wheel will be added to sprinkle water on the road surface to reduce dust, and the construction unit will be required to increase personnel to maintain the road surface. )

2. The report on the problems existing in the internal data of the supervision department is as follows: the data collection, collation and filing are not strict (rectification measures: strengthening the training of archivists and organizing irregular inspections from time to time).

Four, 20xx environmental protection and soil and water conservation supervision work focus

Combined with the construction project supervised by our supervision department in 20xx, the key points of environmental protection and soil conservation work in the next step are:
