Legal analysis: 1, application report, certificate of the company's entrusted agent (power of attorney), copy of the client's work permit or ID card, and application for change registration signed by the company's legal representative.

Legal basis: Article 9 of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education in People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that private schools shall have the status of legal persons. Before the implementation of the Law on the Promotion of Private Education in People's Republic of China (PRC), private schools registered as partnerships and individuals according to the Provisional Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Private Non-enterprise Units shall be changed into legal persons and apply for the change of civil subject qualification. To apply for the change of civil subject qualification, the following materials shall be submitted to the registration authority: (1) Registration Form for the Change of Private Non-enterprise Units; (two) the application for the change of civil subject qualification (see Annex 2 for sample format); (three) the articles of association of the private school approved by the competent business unit, with a list of board members and a list of board members; (four) the approval form of the articles of association of private non-enterprise units; (five) the basic information of the legal representative of the private non-enterprise unit; (six) a copy of the license for running a private school and a copy; (seven) the audit report issued by the social audit institution; (eight) the capital verification report issued by the social audit institution (the start-up capital needs to be changed);

(nine) a copy of the private school property right transfer agreement (see Annex 3 for the sample format); (ten) the original and photocopy of the registration certificate of private non-enterprise units (individuals); (eleven) other materials submitted by the registration authority according to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations.
