Article 1 These Measures are formulated to implement the safety production policy of "safety first, prevention first and comprehensive treatment", comprehensively improve the safety technical quality of employees and the safety management level of overhaul workshops, and do a good job in safety education and training.

Third, the training object and time requirements

1. Students are divided into retraining, new employees, laborers, trainees, interns and visitors.

2. Training time requirements of various objects

(1) Technical training for retrainees:

A. Special operators must be trained by local authorities and hold relevant certificates.

Drivers in this position should receive at least half a month's safety technical training every year.

B other on-the-job employees should receive safety technical knowledge update education every year, and the training period should be no less than 4 days.

(2) Safety education and training for new employees (including interns and interns):

A. New employees must undergo three-level safety education and training in the center, factory department and team. The training time is not less than 9 days (72 class hours), and the internship is led by experienced employees for four months. Only after passing the exam can they work independently.

B. Time allocation of three-level safety education and training: 3 days for central training, 2 days for factory training and 4 days for workshop training.

C. Employees who change their jobs or posts must undergo safety technical training again, and the training time shall not be less than 3 days.

(3) Labor safety education and training (including temporary use):

A. If it is used for more than three months, three-level safety education and training must be conducted, and the training time shall not be less than 9 days;

B if it is used for more than 30 days but less than 3 months, the training time shall be no less than 7 days;

C if it is used for more than 7 days and less than 30 days, the training time shall be no less than 3 days;

D if it is used for less than 7 days, the training time shall be no less than 1 day.
