According to Article 7 of the Management Rules for Online Booking Taxi Service in Hangzhou, vehicles engaged in online booking taxi business in this city shall obtain the online booking taxi transport certificate issued by the municipal road transport management institution. Vehicles applying for online booking of taxi transport permits shall meet the following conditions:

1.7 passenger cars (except minivans) with local number plates are registered as "reserved passenger transport";

6. The cruise taxi logo was not painted and the overhead light device was not installed.
