The main work content is to go deep into the construction site under the leadership of the project manager, assist the construction supervision, check the engineering quantity together with the construction team, provide the specifications, models and delivery dates of the materials needed in the construction site, do a good job in the acceptance visa and management of the on-site materials, handle the acceptance visa and engineering quantity visa of the concealed works in time, assist the project manager in collecting, keeping and archiving the engineering data, and take an important responsibility for the progress and expenses of the on-site construction.

A, the builder's main work content is as follows:

1. Assist the project manager to prepare for the commencement of the project, preliminarily examine and approve the drawings and construction scheme, and put forward technical measures and site construction scheme.

2, the preparation of the total project schedule and monthly schedule and the monthly schedule of each construction team.

3, carefully review the materials needed for the project, and strictly control the quality of materials entering the site.

4. Supervise and manage the construction site, and timely solve major quality and safety problems in conjunction with relevant departments.

5. Issue the construction task book, picking list and construction technical disclosure to the professional team under its jurisdiction.

6. Supervise the construction materials and equipment to enter the site on time and be in a qualified state to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

7. Be responsible for the site visa and record of drawings change and supplementary works.

9, review the professional (civil engineering, water and electricity, air conditioning, landscaping) project advance payment, and report to the cost management department.

Second, the builder's post main requirements are as follows:

1, college degree or above, major in civil engineering, architecture and structure;

At least 2.2 years working experience in engineering safety management, with safety officer post qualification certificate is preferred;

3. Familiar with national safety laws and regulations, familiar with the safety work flow, safety operation norms and safety management procedures at the production site, and able to find safety hazards in time and correct them;

4, familiar with the construction production process and safety protection, fire protection, temporary electricity and other related safety regulations, standards and daily safety management, with a high sense of responsibility;

5. Have certain coordination, organization and communication skills, and have certain language expression skills.
