Kunming and Odabashi are not chaotic. Odabashi, Guandu District, Kunming, handled the "seven chaos" in Odabashi Street. In order to effectively improve the appearance of urban and rural areas in this area, government officials, urban management team members and community residents were organized to comprehensively control the "seven chaos" such as parking, construction and occupation of roads in eight communities in this area.
