Who owns the copyright of the works I made at the end of the training in the training institution?
If the work is required to be completed by a training institution, which provides teachers with software and hardware facilities for training, guidance and creation of the work, then the work is equivalent to a job work, and the property rights in copyright (such as copying and network communication) can be owned by the training institution, but the personal rights such as the authorship right of the work belong to me, and the training institution must protect these rights of the producer when using the work. If there are any agreements or other regulations on this part before training, please refer to the relevant regulations in the agreements and regulations.
