1. First of all, calling up the graduation template of vocational skills training is to turn on the computer, enter the office software page, find the file option in the menu bar at the top of the page, click Open, select the open function in the pop-up file window, and click the browse button.

2. Secondly, in the file selection window that pops up, find the graduation template file that needs to be printed, select it and click the Open button. After opening the template file, fill in the relevant information where it needs to be filled in, and click the file button in the upper left corner.

3. Finally, select the print preview function in the pop-up options, click the print button in the upper left corner in the print preview interface, set the printer, print pages and other parameters in the pop-up print setting window, and then click OK to finish printing.
