When we finished the project, we exposed many weaknesses: at the beginning, we acted rashly, neglected the collective strength, and started to act without a clear purpose and a feasible work plan, which made the task that could have been completed more easily and reasonably get twice the result with half the effort, and it was useless to do nothing.
First of all, an excellent team must have clear goals.
Secondly, in the face of various difficulties and challenges, the team's cohesion, mutual care, encouragement, tolerance and suggestions invisibly make the team more United. Third, decision makers represent the direction and overall situation of the team, and need to have good analytical ability, judgment ability, decision-making ability, overall situation consciousness and team consciousness, so that we can realize it in our work, benefit from it and bring it into our work after benefiting. This outward bound training gave me an unforgettable experience and valuable spiritual wealth. There are four feelings about how to put the experience of this activity into practice.
First: hierarchical management, clear leadership is extremely important. After each person's job responsibilities are determined, it is helpful to clarify their responsibilities and give full play to their subjective initiative, so that they can know what they should do and think about how to do it well. They should make plans before doing things, and then take action. This is the truth that "sharpening the knife does not mistake the woodcutter".
Second: we should try our best to give full play to the role and advantages of the post, and we should not affect the progress of the team because of our insufficient efforts.
Thirdly, we also get lessons and enlightenment from the failure: at work, colleagues need to exchange and enjoy information, and need to cooperate and coordinate with each other to form the integration of strength to complete the same task. You know, anything is possible as long as you don't give up.
Chapter 2: Model essay experience of outward bound training. By participating in outward bound training, I have benefited a lot and will never forget it. Now the experience is as follows:

Through a day of outward bound training, I realized that "unity is power". The strength of an individual is limited, and the strength of a team is unlimited. No matter what difficulties and setbacks we encounter, as long as we keep our minds on the same thing, exert our wisdom and work together with Qi Xin, I believe all difficulties and obstacles will be completely eliminated by us. Team work is very important.
Second, explore in practice and sum up in failure.
Every time we get a task, we must first carry it out and practice it. Moreover, we must sum up experience repeatedly, find out the shortcomings, and through improvement, we can successfully complete the goal. In addition, practice makes true knowledge, and many games are difficult and seem impossible to complete without playing. But after we tried, we found that those problems were actually very simple.
Third, reasonable planning and division of labor are very necessary.
A clear goal is the premise of completing the task, and it is inevitable to make a correct plan. In the future work, when you do every job, you should have a process arrangement from front to back in your mind. After the individual's job responsibilities are determined, it is beneficial to clarify the responsibilities and give play to the individual's subjective initiative. This not only avoids many things, but also saves time.
Fourth, find the trick.
There are several games in this outward bound training that need our careful observation. Careful, serious and know-how can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of work.
Fifth, trust each other.
In a team, we should fully trust our teammates and their abilities.

We should not blindly follow the rules, but have the courage to try new things, strive to innovate and forge ahead.

Through this training, we deeply understand what efforts must be made to succeed and stand at the highest point. The joy of victory is condensed by countless falls and introspection. In high-intensity training, sweat, pain and laughter are intertwined, which makes us deeply realize that a team will become indestructible after millions of times of tempering. This activity brought me a deep feeling:
Trust retreat-spirit of cooperation
When each of our team members stood on the platform about 1.5 meters, we were very uneasy, because we were betting on ourselves. If we fall down or have any other accidents, it means that the team's cooperation ability is not good, that is, whether our team has team spirit. Through this activity, each of us fell into deep thinking, that is: what kind of team can win? Cooperation, efficiency and sincerity, which have been said countless times at ordinary times, have left an indelible deep impression on everyone's mind.
Graduation wall-team spirit
Facing the 4.5-meter-high survival wall, no matter how strong your ability is, you can't climb the 4.5-meter-high wall alone, but the collective strength is great. Under the direction of the coach, the whole team went up and down Qi Xin to work together, unite and cooperate, and be willing to be a ladder. Finally, 25 of us crossed the survival wall. This thing that was originally thought impossible was actually completed with the collective efforts, which shows the strength of the collective. Imagine, if each of our employees can cooperate with each other and take care of each other as in this activity, what difficulties can we not overcome? I think all the difficulties will be solved before each of us.
Everyone has been growing up in the team since birth, whether at school or at work. Through this field team development training activity, I have a deep understanding of team consciousness and the role of individuals in the team.

Teams should know how to cooperate with each other and how to cooperate most effectively. Just like in an enterprise, leaders should know what leaders should do, what middle-level leaders should do, and what grassroots leaders should do, not what grassroots leaders should do. Before doing anything, you should think it over and sum up a set of best schemes and several alternative schemes, so as not to delay too much time in the project progress. No matter what a person does, ability is often not the final determinant. More importantly, do you have a strong desire to succeed, perseverance, courage to go forward, and comrades who fight with you? When we face difficulties and pressures, our biggest enemy is not the difficulties and obstacles ahead, but ourselves, and our most difficult enemy is ourselves. Therefore, we must maintain a positive and optimistic attitude and the will to go forward in everything we do. Take the aerial one-handed event as an example. When I first saw this project, I was inevitably a little flustered and scared. After all, this is the first contact. But then I saw that so many colleagues were smiling to complete the task, and I was full of confidence in winning. If I conquer my demons, I have nothing to fear. Later, I went up and felt that everything was going well, and it was not as terrible as I thought. I wish there were more such opportunities! In fact, each of us is very smart, and there are still many potential abilities that have not been brought into play in our daily work and life. Whether we can surpass ourselves and overcome difficulties actually depends on whether we have the confidence and courage to face difficulties and whether we can develop those forces that have been lurking in our hearts but never really understood.
So is our actual work. A department and a team should be able to learn from each other and have their own strengths. Only in this way can the whole team develop healthily and benefit the development of the enterprise. Obviously, the progress of enterprises depends not on individual heroism, but on highly interactive and cooperative organizations. Without a cooperative team, it is impossible to realize the development of the enterprise.
I believe everyone will get more or less inspiration from the expansion, but it will take longer to hone whether the spirit of the expansion can be really applied to practical work and the enlightenment of life difficulties obtained from the expansion. The learning method of experience → review → promotion → try again is worth exploring. In the future work, we should always give ourselves a clear goal and work hard for it, so as to truly integrate into our team.
