What should I pay attention to on my first day at work (training internship)?
I have just worked for a year, and I have done a lot of things I shouldn't do because of my lack of social experience. Now let me tell you something about the experience I have accumulated in the past year, which I personally experienced.

1. It's easy to say "good morning" to people around you or people you just met this morning, but I'm not used to it.

2. Don't be too high-profile. If you don't need to be eloquent or cheerful in your job, try not to be too high-profile, and don't get acquainted with people just after entering the company for a day or two.

You must be serious when you work, and don't make any small moves, because even if you work hard most of the time, you will be seen to be slack for a while, which will give that person the impression that you don't work hard at ordinary times.

Don't be absent-minded or make small moves during the meeting. Don't listen to what you are saying just because it has nothing to do with you.

Don't say things you shouldn't say, but sometimes you really don't know what you said wrong, so my conclusion is: talk as little as possible, and try not to ask employees older than you some questions unrelated to work, so as not to make others angry by asking things you shouldn't ask.

6. Distinguish between old employees and new employees, and treat people at your level or colleagues who get along well with each other just like classmates. But when dealing with older people, you should pay attention to your words and deeds. It is safest to talk about "the weather is fine today". They are equivalent to your teachers at school. Will you tell your teacher everything you tell your classmates? Although everyone is usually polite, we still have to distinguish between them.

7. If you are assigned a very urgent task and you haven't finished it yet, don't chat with others, unless others take the initiative to chat with you, you should reply politely.

8. If you are the only newcomer in the company, don't do all the tasks too fast. If you do everything extremely well, quickly and well, it will inevitably arouse the envy of others.

9. Don't joke with anyone. Maybe you think it's nothing, but the speaker didn't mean to listen.

10, when the old employee explains to you, he will ask you clearly on the spot if you don't understand, because you missed this opportunity. When you ask him the second time, he will think that you didn't listen to him carefully. Moreover, when others tell you, you should ask some questions properly, or say, "It's a little hard to understand here, let me think." Otherwise, if you don't say anything, just keep nodding, others will think you are perfunctory, even though you are not.

1 1. Learn to look others in the eye, which is also the focus of the interview. The same should be true for entering a company after an interview. Whenever someone talks to you, whether it's chatting or an old employee explaining it to you, you should learn to look others in the eye.

In fact, I haven't completely done many things myself, and sometimes I really forget them. Let's work together!
