If you have to study in China, you can go to the China Diving Association. The nearest one is Quzhou Golden Shark Diving Club.
There are two leisure diving organizations, CMAS and PADI, which are widely accepted in the world. Both of them have their own diving training courses, most of which are mutually recognized. For primary learning, CMAS 1 PADIOW and CMAS 2 (PADI OW) CMAS2 should be studied step by step. It takes about 6 days to complete these two levels, including theoretical teaching, theoretical examination, swimming pool training and open water training. You also need to have basic swimming ability (not limited to swimming 200 meters or floating 10 minutes). The cost in China is 5000-6000 RMB. In Taodao, Thailand, it costs less than 2000 RMB. It is recommended to study abroad when the ticket price is low. Chinese textbooks and Chinese coaches can be booked. I hope it helps you.
I'm studying CMAS 1 in Beijing, and this year I'm going to Taodao to upgrade to PADI AOW.
