People's Republic of China (PRC) civil servant law
Thirteenth civil servants should meet the following conditions:
(1) Having China nationality;
(two) at least eighteen years of age;
(3) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system;
(4) Having good political quality and moral conduct;
(5) Having the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;
(6) Having the educational level and working ability that meet the post requirements;
(seven) other conditions prescribed by law. Article 14 A civil servant shall perform the following obligations:
(a) loyal to the Constitution, abide by and consciously safeguard the Constitution and laws, and consciously accept the leadership of the China * * * production party;
(2) Being loyal to the country and safeguarding its security, honor and interests;
(3) Being loyal to the people, serving them wholeheartedly and accepting their supervision;

(five) to keep state secrets and work secrets;

(eight) other obligations stipulated by law. Article 15 Civil servants shall enjoy the following rights:
