According to Article 18 of the Law on Work Safety, the principal responsible person of the production and business operation entity has the following responsibilities for the work safety of the entity: \x0d\ (3) Organizing the formulation and implementation of the work safety education and training plan of the entity; \x0d\ Article 22 The safety production management institutions and safety production management personnel of production and business operation entities shall perform the following duties: \x0d\ (2) Organize or participate in the safety production education and training of their own units and truthfully record the safety production education and training; \x0d\ Article 25 The production and business operation entity shall conduct education and training on safety in production for its employees, so as to ensure that the employees have the necessary knowledge of safety in production, be familiar with relevant safety rules and regulations and safety operation procedures, master the safety operation skills of their posts, understand the emergency measures for accidents, and know their own rights and obligations in safety in production. Employees who have not passed the safety education and training are not allowed to work at their posts. \x0d\ Where a production and business operation entity uses labor dispatch personnel, it shall bring the labor dispatch personnel into the unified management of its employees, and educate and train the labor dispatch personnel in post safety operation procedures and safety operation skills. The labor dispatch unit shall provide the dispatched workers with necessary education and training in production safety. \x0d\ Where the production and business operation entity accepts the internship of students from secondary vocational schools or institutions of higher learning, it shall provide corresponding safety education and training for the interns and provide necessary labor protection articles. The school shall assist the production and business operation entities to carry out safety education and training for interns. \x0d\ The production and business operation entity shall establish a safety production education and training file, and truthfully record the time, content, participants and assessment results of safety production education and training. \x0d\ Article 26 When adopting new technologies, new processes, new materials or new equipment, production and business operation entities must understand and master their safety technical characteristics, take effective safety protection measures, and conduct special safety education and training for employees. \x0d\ Article 27 Special operators of production and business operation entities must receive special safety operation training in accordance with relevant state regulations and obtain corresponding qualifications before taking up their posts.
