During the trial production of outsourced parts, workers damaged the mold due to improper operation, and needed to re-open the mold after appraisal. It is estimated that the delivery time of the product trial will be delayed. After the company's senior management learned about it, they immediately contacted Japan to explain the whole incident and asked to change the delivery time. Although the face-to-face audit was conducted, the Japanese side stated that the product release date had been announced and could not be changed, and everything should be carried out as planned. In their view, the result always comes first. Without saying anything, the senior management met overnight to discuss countermeasures, strengthen the control of outsourcing, and shorten the planning time of the follow-up stage. In order to catch up with the progress, it was common to work overtime during that time. Fortunately, we assembled the finished product within the planned time. At the moment when the products arrived in Japan on time, I felt that the previous hard work was worth it, and the feeling of full acquisition was born.
