1. Open the official website of Dongguan Bank and go to the homepage of the website.

2. In the menu bar at the top of the home page, find the remote video button, and click the general platform to enter the remote video page.

3. On the remote video page, select personal online banking or corporate online banking as required, and follow the prompts.

4. Enter the user name and password to log in to the online banking system, select the business to be handled, select the remote video mode, and enter the video call interface.

5. On the interface, verify the identity according to the instructions of the bank and handle related business.

6. After completing the business, close the video call window and exit the remote video.
