How to build trust with customers?
When we talk about making a good impression, we often mention trust.

But trust is actually a luxury.

We often gain a person's trust through our attitude, actions and your continuous performance. It is so difficult to gain trust, but it may only take a second to destroy it.

At a salon, I hesitated and decided to tell her a friend's model I saw.

I can feel that other friends, including her, may feel uncomfortable, even in an area called trust and tolerance.

What is trust? She chose to tell everyone about her mental journey, and I chose to tell her directly that the way to deal with the problem from the source is against the rules.

Looking back now, the timing, occasion and way of expression may be really inappropriate. Her pattern, others don't know? Many people know it, but everyone chooses not to say it. I wonder, is this really a kind of wisdom or a kind of forgiveness?

I thought, what would I think if I was awakened?

Will I turn on my red light thinking to refute it now, or will I swallow the bitter water silently and try to give the green light when I go back? I don't know.

In the evening, Sharon's friends mentioned this matter when they reviewed the harvest of the salon, saying that they would be uncomfortable after listening to my words, but they found it after reflection. Why not say it?

Why can't we follow the simplest law of things and look for loopholes in the law?

Grateful to meet one thing, let me know clearly that trust is really a luxury, and behind everything that induces our emotions, there is an opportunity for growth.

I believe you can have this luxury, but don't show it off! If someone is willing to trust you, please don't let ta down! Whether it's a client or a stranger.
