The application for the electrical and electronic training base of the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering started in June 5438+February 2007. The early stage is the preparation, production and improvement of application web pages. With the support and guidance of college leaders, Qi Xin and Qi Xin, all faculty members, worked together to complete all the preparations for the application of the website, and in early 2008, they passed the online evaluation of "Application for Guangdong Higher Vocational Education Training Base" by the Provincial Department of Education, and were qualified as finalists. On March 27th, 2008, an expert group from the Provincial Department of Education made a field trip to the electrical and electronic training base of our college. To this end, college leaders, departments and all teachers in our department have made a lot of preparations. Thanks to the support and guidance of the college leaders, and thanks to the academic affairs office and the personnel office for their strong cooperation in our work. At the same time, I would like to thank our teachers Yi Yajun, Xia Huafeng, Li Yu, Lihau Qiu, Peng, Lin Qide, Liao Boxun and others.
The expert group of provincial education department put forward many valuable opinions in the field investigation of electrical and electronic training base. According to our own situation, our department will summarize as follows:
First, strengthen study and update ideas.
Through the investigation and analysis of the base by experts, we realize that the understanding of higher vocational education is still superficial, and we need to improve our understanding, update our concepts and establish correct concepts through theoretical study. According to the deployment of the college, the Department of Electronics further studied the spirit of the document of the Ministry of Education 16, improved the theoretical understanding of higher vocational education teaching, defined the orientation and personnel training objectives of each major according to the investigation of majors and employment groups, revised the teaching plan for professional training, updated the curriculum system of each major, formulated a feasible curriculum construction plan, analyzed the courses and contents of each major one by one, and paid special attention to the construction of key courses. In particular, the construction of training courses and school-enterprise cooperation development courses will drive the construction of all professional courses with key courses and promote the education and teaching reform of all majors in our department.
Second, the training base construction
The construction of the training base has been strongly supported by the college. After years of construction, we now have relatively complete training equipment, which can meet the training requirements of students' basic professional skills, but we still need to strengthen and constantly improve it:
(1) Strengthen standardized management. The management of electrical and electronic training base is not standardized in many aspects. Efforts should be made to form standardized documents in the process of organization and implementation (such as training equipment use records, maintenance records, training management system, training course arrangement, relevant planning of open training room, etc.). ), and keep it, please be responsible. All training teachers should also strengthen the management and maintenance of the training room, and further improve the electrical and electronic training base.
(2) Expand and adjust the training content to improve the utilization rate and openness of equipment. The ultimate goal of practical training is to improve the employment rate and quality of students and serve the society. With the rapid development of electronic information industry, the content of training should be more extensive and keep pace with the times.
(3) Improve the quality of training and assessment. Employment-oriented, training a large number of skilled talents in short supply in society is our goal, and the quality of training directly affects the quality of students' professional qualification appraisal. To improve the quality of training, we must ensure the input of teachers and equipment.
(4) Improve the excellent rate of textual research. With the increase of the number of professional qualification appraisers, more and more people have certificates. In the fierce competition, the outstanding are always outstanding. Therefore, while improving the quality of training and assessment as a whole, we should also pay attention to improving the excellent rate of assessment.
Third, the construction of teaching staff.
Strengthen the construction of "double-qualified" teachers, actively hire experts or professional technicians (including retirees) with rich experience in industry, enterprises and society as part-time teachers, effectively improve the training conditions in vocational colleges, make the quality and quantity of training equipment and the level of teachers meet the teaching requirements, and gradually form a training mode combining training content with production practice to ensure that students get enough time and high-quality training.
Pay attention to the cultivation of backbone teachers and strengthen the cultivation of young teachers' teaching ability and practical ability, such as organizing professional teachers to carry out vocational skills training according to the requirements of training base construction, organizing relevant teachers to understand the surrounding situation, actively collecting information and promoting the development of the base. At the same time, we should formulate corresponding policies and measures, arrange young teachers to practice in enterprises in a planned way, and accumulate practical work experience.
Fourth, teaching reform.
Highlight the teaching concept of "student-oriented, ability-centered, employment-oriented", and emphasize the cultivation of professional ethics and the training of professional skills; The course content should meet the requirements of professional posts, reflect new knowledge, new technology, new technology and new methods, and the course structure should be modular. In the teaching process, in addition to reforming traditional teaching methods, teachers are also required to understand and master advanced teaching methods in time, and adopt intuitive teaching methods such as demonstration, object and experiment as far as possible, so that practical teaching becomes the characteristics of our department and the construction of training base drives the deepening of teaching reform. Conditional courses should introduce multimedia simulation technology to carry out teaching activities vividly.
In terms of teaching methods, teachers are required to change the traditional "indoctrination" and "spoon-feeding" teaching methods, advocate "student-centered", apply "heuristic", "discussion" and "research" teaching methods, highlight intuitive teaching and behavior-oriented methods, turn abstract into concrete, turn boring into vivid, and make students learn knowledge more thoroughly and deeply.
Evaluation methods have influenced the content and means of classroom teaching to a certain extent. Therefore, while carrying out the reform of teaching methods, we should gradually try to reform the form and requirements of examinations. In the form of examination, teachers are required to take the forms of combining theory with experiment, opening books, writing analysis reports in combination with social hotspots, oral examination and so on according to the characteristics of the course and the students' situation. In the examination paper, students' ability to analyze and solve problems should be put first. In performance statistics, we should increase the proportion of normal academic performance, regard examination as a means to test teaching rather than an end, and emphasize the evaluation of teaching process.

Our department has established school-enterprise cooperation with eight enterprises, and has done some work in * * * building practice bases inside and outside the school, "order-based" training, and cooperative development of scientific research projects. In the future work, we will continue to broaden the field of school-enterprise cooperation, expand the connotation of school-enterprise cooperation, deepen school-enterprise cooperation, adhere to the combination of Industry-University-Research, and actively promote "order-based" teaching.
We will continue to improve the training system of high-skilled talents in school-enterprise cooperation and implement school-enterprise cooperation to train high-skilled talents. Practical practice is divided into two stages: skill training and production practice. Basic skills and comprehensive skills training are mainly carried out in schools, and enterprises are encouraged to provide training facilities and equipment for the college. Production practice is mainly carried out in enterprises, which implement the provisions on the use of practice sites, the allocation of practice instructors, the safety management of practice, the joint development of courses and joint research projects. Through students' internship, skilled craftsmen can "pass, help and lead" in production posts, further strengthen skills operation training, and pay attention to cultivating students' professional ethics, safety production, labor discipline and sense of unity and cooperation.
Six, improve the college administrative management system, strengthen the organization and coordination of various departments.
Improve the assessment system, implement the excellent work, strengthen the post consciousness, clarify the responsibility, and implement the responsibility system step by step. On the basis of who is in charge and who is in charge, all units affiliated to the hospital cooperate closely and support each other. The central work and important work colleges are organized and staffed in a unified manner. The accountability system shall be implemented, and those responsible for failing to complete the task with good quality and quantity within the specified time shall be investigated for corresponding responsibilities on the basis of strict responsibility step by step.
