Specific procedures of Qc group activities: selecting topics, investigating the current situation, setting goals, analyzing the reasons, determining the main reasons, formulating countermeasures, implementing according to the countermeasures, and checking the effects, such as formulating consolidation measures, summarizing and planning the next work. If the goal can't be achieved, we should use regression method to analyze the reasons.

The topic comes from:

(1) Required topic: Generally, it is assigned by the superior, and it will be completed within a time limit as a daily task.

(2) Normative topics: topics introduced by the quality control unit of the enterprise according to the development prospects in the work and construction planning of the enterprise center and the overall objectives of the strategic policy.

(3) Self-selected topics: topics that members of the QC working group find difficult problems in their lives by themselves and confirm after a unified understanding through group discussion.
