Based on project management, the SCM team needs to assign the following three positions:

Project supervisor: define the responsibilities of software configuration management in related projects.

Configuration management manager: responsible for configuration management;

System maintenance engineer: mainly responsible for product creation, release, deployment and maintenance;

Tool management engineer: mainly responsible for developing and maintaining configuration management tools and training the use of tools;

Software quality assurance personnel: regularly review various software benchmarks and software configuration management.

Based on the company level, the SCM team also needs to configure the following positions:

1. manager of technology department: cooperate with the project supervisor to solve the possible financial support in software configuration management and the management work such as task allocation of management.
