What records do human resources need to certify quality management system?
According to the requirements of quality management system

6.2.2 Competency, training and awareness organizations shall:

A) Determine the required abilities of personnel engaged in work affecting the conformity of product requirements;

B) Where applicable, provide training or take other measures to acquire the required abilities;

C) Evaluate the effectiveness of the measures taken;

D) Ensure that the organizers realize the relevance and importance of their activities and how to contribute to the realization of quality objectives;

E) Keep proper records of education, training, skills and experience.

A-D mainly requires proof. A-D's proof needs effective records of E, so what records need to be provided depends on the needs of the organization.
