It is divided into: enterprise background introduction, basic data, marketing management, technology management, equipment management, procurement management, production management, quality management, warehouse management, financial management, human resource management, information management, etc.
After the teacher explained the background of Wuyang-Honda Co., Ltd., I learned that Wuyang-Honda is a Sino-foreign joint venture jointly invested and operated by Guangzhou Motorcycle Group Co., Ltd. and Honda Technical Research Industry Co., Ltd., with 20xx employees. The main products are: WY 125 and WH 125 series riding motorcycles and WH 125.
In the input of basic data, we can further understand and master the role of these data and information in the enterprise by inputting coding settings, department and region settings, reservoir coding settings, factory calendar, work center, operator settings, inventory initialization, bill of materials, etc. Coding settings are mainly used to classify commonly used projects with limited classification. The reservoir area is built for storing materials. We should know that in modern enterprise management, inventory materials are generally managed according to their positions in the processing process. If we make a mistake in this step, the following warehousing steps will not be operational. This is the so-called one-step mistake, and the next step is wrong. In this cautious and error-prone state, I quickly completed the entry of basic data.
Next is the marketing management module. Our goal is to master the signing of sales contracts, organize the general process of production according to customer orders, master the basic contents and requirements of customer management, understand the main business of after-sales service, and clarify the important position of marketing management in enterprise management. First, enter the quotation and product cost. After receiving the customer's order, it is necessary to go through the order review to judge whether the order can be completed within the specified time. Place an order after signing a sales contract, and then find out the inventory status through inventory query. Finally, make a marketing plan and make the final sales forecast.
Technical management module includes product design change notice, product design management, product design review record, evaluation and verification record, drawing management, etc. Although I don't know much about this module, I also know the basic process of product development and technology development by inputting some information and data. If the product design needs to be adjusted or changed, it is necessary to notify the relevant departments to make changes.
In the purchasing management module, I learned that supplier information can provide timely and accurate data for buyers and purchasing business managers to make purchasing decisions and establish purchase orders. The purchasing department also needs to purchase according to the order. If the stock is not enough, we can order raw materials, semi-finished products or finished products through the outsourcing plan. After knowing the information of suppliers, we should evaluate the suppliers to see if they can provide the required materials, and then decide whether we should outsource or external processing. If the purchasing department needs to outsource, it must clearly fill in the purchase requisition.
In the equipment management module, I mainly studied the management of fixed assets. Fill in the main information in the fixed assets management table, which needs to be clearly filled in and signed by the relevant person in charge. Although this is simple, it is also an indispensable and important information.
In production management, the plan made by enterprises is very important, not only with many steps, but also with a wide range of knowledge. Enterprises should not only make annual and monthly production plans, master production plans, material demand plans and workshop operation plans, but also record and analyze rough capacity analysis, fine capacity analysis, production plan adjustment, material plan adjustment, process task list, process flow card, production progress report and inspection list, picking list and material return list. Although I haven't worked in an enterprise, I can't fully grasp everything, but being able to understand and master the basic process in advance will also be of great help to my future work.
After the products are produced, they need to be inspected by the quality department, which requires quality inspection records. Those who pass the quality inspection can be put into storage, and those who fail can be disposed of. In the warehouse management, we will put the outbound documents, semi-finished products and finished products that have passed the quality inspection into the warehouse, and also record the information such as sales outbound, replacement delivery waybill delivery, outsourcing picking delivery, planned picking delivery, picking delivery and so on.
In financial management, the most important things are accounts receivable business processing, accounts payable business processing and cost accounting. Although data entry is simple and easy to do, if the financial management in the enterprise is more complicated, it is far less easy than what we are doing now. The basic input we have now is also to help us understand the important modules in the enterprise.
Human resource management is also an important part of enterprises. We need to know how many people there are in the enterprise and the basic information of employees, so as to carry out personnel management and employee attendance, reward and punishment management. To do this module well, enterprises need to have their own corporate culture and corporate rules and regulations.
Finally, in information management, it is necessary to understand that the market is constantly changing, not only to face new challenges firmly, but also to constantly grasp the opportunities brought by information technology. We should do a good job in the management of business processes, data flow charts and other charts, and make full preparations for new challenges and opportunities.

As the pride of Yizheng people, Professor Zhou Li talked about how to finance the project from two aspects: capital operation and investment and financing decision. In this case, the photovoltaic project financing of IMW rooftop power station is the same as that of the photovoltaic industry I am engaged in. The financial confusion faced by enterprises is precisely the dilemma faced by enterprises at present. I was at a loss and was deeply impressed by Professor Zhou's explanation.
Professor Li Mingying mentioned several cases of "prevention of legal risks in enterprises", which were thoroughly analyzed and put into actual combat, which benefited me a lot. Let's standardize the legal risks and legal enterprise behaviors in enterprise operation, and gain a lot.
