When I first arrived in XXX, the conditions were extremely difficult because the factory was in the preparatory stage. Factory leaders often talk to us and actively solve our life difficulties. Old employees also actively and patiently pass on, help and teach, and pass on their professional knowledge to us without reservation. Colleagues unite and help each other.

This good working atmosphere has enabled me to gain a lot of knowledge. When I first came to work in Xianyang Road, I found that I knew too little. In order to adapt to work as soon as possible, I study hard at work and actively put myself into work practice. I read a lot of materials, and with the guidance and help of my colleagues, I quickly mastered the technological process of sewage treatment and learned a lot of professional vocabulary of sewage treatment. Because the factory was in the preparatory stage at that time, the factory leader arranged for me to temporarily manage the materials and be responsible for signing, sorting, saving and borrowing the random materials of the equipment. I quickly explored a set of methods to manage data, which worked well. Besides, I also used my spare time to read all the random data of the equipment, which not only understood the working principle of the equipment, but also found out what information was missing at any time in combination with the actual equipment, and combined it with the mechanical and electrical company in time to ensure the smooth installation.

As the project draws to a close, our factory has gradually shifted from preparation to operation, and my work is also facing transformation. I was assigned to the central control room. Facing the new job and new environment, I actively adjust my mentality and working methods. Under the careful guidance of the team leader and colleagues, I learned the work scope of this position and the relationship between this position and other positions by studying the work rules and regulations of this position. During the installation and debugging of various equipment, many technicians from equipment manufacturers came to the factory for debugging. I seize this favorable opportunity, actively participate in debugging, listen more, watch more, record more and operate more, and learn to sum up experience. And in strict accordance with the instrument maintenance system, all kinds of field instruments are regularly maintained, maintained and calibrated, and the instruments are inspected every day. Through the debugging and maintenance of the instrument, I have a deeper understanding of the function and parameter setting of the instrument, which has laid a good foundation for the future work. At the same time, I also participated in the programming of the automatic control system of the whole plant, which plays an important role in the sewage plant. In order to do this job well, we go to the site to check and debug repeatedly every day, study the professional drawings of automatic control and supporting selection samples and technical data of each process link, consult professional technical books on automatic control and instruments, and find problems in combination with the field situation and actual work needs to provide first-hand information for factory personnel.

While accumulating experience through daily work, I also actively participate in various trainings to improve my technical level. I have participated in the pre-job training and new employee training organized by the company, and have a deep understanding of sewage treatment and the company's current situation. By participating in the safety education and training in the factory, I have increased my safety knowledge and awareness, and I can achieve civilized production and safe operation in my work, and strictly abide by the safety operation rules and relevant rules and regulations. Usually, I often take part in training organized by various equipment manufacturers, such as various instruments, fine grilles, blowers, frequency conversion cabinets, etc. In May this year, I participated in the electrician training organized by the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee. Besides, I am now taking part in archival training and computer training to broaden my knowledge as much as possible.

In the process of adapting to the post, the most important thing is the support and help of superiors and colleagues. Through nearly a year's work and continuous study, I have adapted to my present job, and I am more confident and confident that I can do my job well.
