20 16 National Adult Education Policy for Clinical Medicine
20 16 the national policy of clinical medical adult education is as follows:

According to the relevant provisions of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Medical Practitioners, the contents are as follows:

Article 9 Anyone who meets one of the following conditions may take the qualification examination for medical practitioners:

(1) Having a bachelor's degree or above in medical major in an institution of higher learning and having completed a one-year probation period in a medical, preventive and health care institution under the guidance of a medical practitioner;

(2) Having obtained the practicing certificate of practicing assistant physician, having a medical college degree in an institution of higher learning, and having worked in a medical, preventive and health care institution for two years; Obtain the practicing certificate of practicing assistant physician, obtain the medical degree of secondary specialized school, and have worked in medical, preventive and health care institutions for five years.

Note: For residents of Taiwan Province Province, Hong Kong and Macao to apply for the doctor qualification examination, please refer to the Notice on Relevant Issues Concerning Residents of Taiwan Province Province, Hong Kong and Macao with Mainland Medical Professional Education to Apply for the National Doctor Qualification Examination.

The "Regulations on Registration Qualification of Physician Qualification Examination (Version 20 14)" was promulgated and implemented on March 18, 2065438. According to this regulation, the contents of the "academic examination" are as follows:

The valid proof of academic qualifications refers to the graduation certificate recognized by the state. Basic medicine, forensic medicine, nursing, medical technology, pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine and other medical related majors, their academic qualifications are not used as academic basis for applying for doctor qualification.

(1) Postgraduate degree

1. Postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine, who have been practicing in qualified medical, preventive and health care institutions for 1 year at the time of comprehensive written examination, apply for qualified undergraduate degree and professional clinician qualification during their study.

Students who have completed 1 year clinical graduation practice and 1 year or above clinical practice in the long-term academic system of clinical medicine and optometry medicine apply for the qualification of a clinician with a bachelor's degree.

2. Postgraduate degree in clinical medicine, as the academic basis for applying for clinician qualification.

Those who apply for graduate students in the year of graduation must submit their graduate certificates before August 3 1 of that year, and provide graduation certificates and other materials to prove that they are graduates of professional degrees before they can participate in the comprehensive written examination.

3.2065438+65438 in 2004+February 3, 2004 1 Postgraduates with a professional degree in clinical medicine (formerly a "scientific degree"), whose clinical graduation practice is equivalent to undergraduate 1 year, and whose clinical practice is over1year, shall be regarded as the basis for applying for the qualification of clinicians. Applicants in the year of graduate graduation must submit their graduate diploma before August 3 1 of that year before they can take the comprehensive written examination.

Postgraduates enrolled after 20 15 and 10 shall not be regarded as the academic basis for applying for various doctoral qualifications.

4. Postgraduate degree in clinical medicine (nursing) or clinical medicine (nursing field) is not the academic basis for applying for various doctor qualifications.

(2) Bachelor's degree

Five-year and above academic programs include clinical medicine, anesthesiology, psychiatry, medical imaging, radiology, optometry ("optometry" is limited to Wenzhou Medical University before 20 12 12 3 1) and medical examination (only 2012/kloc-0)

2. Persons who entered the school before June 5438+February 3, 20091and who meet the requirements of this paragraph and have a bachelor's degree in medical major and medical major direction should apply for this academic degree; For those who enter after 20 10 and 1, if the undergraduate degree of medical major indicates the direction of medical major, this degree will not be used as the academic basis for applying for the qualification of doctor, unless it is approved by the national education administrative department.

3.20 15, 20 1 year, the medical undergraduate graduates who have been promoted to undergraduate courses after September must have the same or similar majors as the junior college, and their undergraduate education can be used as the academic basis for applying for doctor qualification.

(3) Higher vocational (specialist) education

Graduates majoring in clinical medicine enrolled after 1.2005+0. 1 approved by the Ministry of Education, their college education is the academic basis for applying for doctor qualification.

Graduates of medical major (referring to the name of undergraduate major in the same period) who entered the school before June 5438+February 3 1 2004 and were approved by the provincial administrative department of education and health (the administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine) shall be regarded as the academic basis for applying for the qualification of doctors.

2. With the consent of the administrative department of education and health at or above the provincial level, five-year junior high school medical graduates who entered school before 20 13 12 3 1 shall be regarded as the academic basis for applying for the qualification of doctors. After obtaining the qualification, before applying for changing the practice place to a county-level medical institution, it is limited to practicing in a rural secondary medical institution for five years. After 20 14 1, five-year medical graduates from junior high schools cannot be used as the academic basis for applying for doctor qualification.

3. Persons who entered the school before June 5438+February 3 1 2009, who meet the requirements of this paragraph and have medical professional qualifications and medical professional direction, should apply for academic certification; After 20 10 and 1, if the medical professional degree indicates the direction of medical specialty, this degree will not be used as the academic basis for applying for the qualification of a doctor, unless it is approved by the national education administrative department.

(4) Secondary vocational education (technical secondary school)

1 .201September1The professional (technical secondary school) education of rural medical graduates who entered the school after being approved by the provincial education administrative department and the health and family planning administrative department (the administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine) and reported to the Ministry of Education for the record shall be used as the academic basis for applying for the qualification of practicing assistant doctors in clinical categories. After obtaining the qualification of practicing assistant physician, rural medical graduates can only practice in village clinics and, if necessary, in township hospitals.

2. The secondary vocational (technical secondary school) education of the graduates majoring in health care who entered the secondary vocational school from September 25th to 20th, 200010 is the academic basis for applying for the qualification of clinical assistant physician. After obtaining the qualification, health care graduates can only practice in village clinics, and can practice in township hospitals when necessary.

After 20 1 1, 1, the secondary vocational education of other majors, except rural medicine, is not the academic basis for applying for the qualification of clinical assistant doctor.

3.2001August 3 1 Graduates majoring in community medicine, preventive medicine, maternal and child health care, medical imaging diagnosis and stomatology who entered secondary vocational schools (secondary specialized schools) a few days ago, among whom secondary vocational education is the academic basis for applying for the qualification of practicing assistant doctors in corresponding categories.

For the graduates of the above-mentioned majors who entered the school after September 1 2006, the professional (technical secondary school) education is not used as the academic basis for applying for doctor qualification.

4 health vocational high school education is not used as the academic basis for applying for doctor qualification.

(5) Adult education level

1.200210.31.2002 Adult higher education, self-study examination and distance education in colleges and universities are all medical graduates, and this degree serves as the academic basis for applying for the qualification of corresponding doctors.

The graduates who entered the school after June 165438+ 10/2002 have obtained the qualification of practicing assistant doctors through the doctor qualification examination before entering the school, and their majors are consistent with the categories of obtaining the qualification of doctors, so they can apply for the qualification of practicing doctors with their adult education. In addition to the above, the academic qualifications of adult higher education of medical graduates enrolled after1October12002, self-study exams in various institutions of higher learning and distance education are not regarded as the academic basis for applying for doctor qualification.

2.20065438 Adult secondary medical graduates who entered the school before August 3 1 August 31August 3, their adult secondary education is the academic basis for applying for doctor qualification.

Adult secondary medical graduates who entered school after September 1 2006 shall not be regarded as the academic basis for applying for the qualification of doctors.

(6) Others

Chinese mainland residents who have obtained foreign medical degrees must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Those who meet the requirements of the Law on Medical Practitioners and other relevant documents may apply in accordance with these Provisions.

Special instructions:

1. Can the clinical medicine major apply for the doctor exam of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine?

Those who have obtained the qualification of clinical practicing physician or assistant practicing physician, obtained the professional degree of traditional Chinese medicine recognized by the administrative department of education at or above the provincial level, or systematically studied the professional knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine for more than two years, and have been recognized by the administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine at the provincial level, or participated in the training course of western medicine learning traditional Chinese medicine recognized by the administrative department of traditional Chinese medicine at the provincial level, and completed the prescribed courses and obtained the corresponding certificates. Or in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Chinese Medicine Apprenticeship Physician Qualification Examination Method", who has studied with the teacher for three years and obtained the "Chinese Medicine Apprenticeship Certificate", he may apply to participate in the qualification examination for practicing doctors or practicing assistant doctors of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine at the same level.

2. The deadline for applying for probation and the validity period of the probation certificate.

(1) Candidates should submit the certificate of probation period 1 year and passing the examination when registering.

When registering, fresh graduates should submit the internship certificate issued by the internship institution, and submit the certificate that the internship has expired 1 and passed the examination before August 3 of that year.

Candidates should have a probation period of 1 year in medical, preventive and health care institutions consistent with the application category.

(two) active servicemen must hold a probationary examination certificate issued by the military medical, preventive and health care institutions before they can apply for the exam.

(3) The qualified certificate after the probation period is valid in that year.

3. A detailed description of the valid identity documents for signing up for the doctor qualification examination:

(1) The valid identity documents for Chinese mainland citizens to apply for doctor qualification are the second-generation resident identity card, temporary id card, military officer's card, police officer's card, civilian cadre's card, soldier's card and military student's card; The valid identity documents of residents from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao who apply for the qualification of doctors are the mainland travel passes for residents from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.

(2) A foreigner's valid identity document is a passport.
