Ann Normal University, located in Wuhu City, Anhui Province, is a university approved by the Anhui Provincial People's Government, the China Municipal People's Government and the Ministry of Education, and is a national "Basic Capacity Building Project for Universities in the Midwest". It is the first batch of universities supported by Anhui Higher Education Revitalization Plan "High-level University Construction Project with Local Characteristics" and "High-level University Award Fund Project".
