How many people practice the connotation of corporate culture is the prerequisite for you to ask new employees to practice. It can be said that if there are only cases, even if the trainer can't tell the connotation, it is much better than just telling the connotation and theory without actual examples.

3. Diversification should be reflected in the curriculum, which includes games, interaction and questioning. The essence of culture is not to explain, not to publicize, but to make everyone understand. So a good picture, a good game, an appropriate question and a team interaction are all very important parts to explain the corporate culture, such as explaining "cooperation", so let's play a team cooperation expansion game and then let's talk about it.

4. It's important to have a look. After explaining the corporate culture, it is the best way to explain the corporate culture if you can arrange a colleague who follows the company's development all the time and has a deep understanding of the corporate connotation to come over and make an introduction. There is no need to sing high-profile, just use simple words and tell simple truths.
