(2) Basic conditions

7. Fresh graduates:
(1) Those who graduated in 2022 and have obtained a diploma (degree certificate) and still have no work unit. Among them, the date of obtaining graduation certificate (degree certificate) for ordinary college graduates who can provide the Graduate Employment Recommendation Form (original) can be relaxed to 65438+February 3, 20221.

8. Persons under any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:
(1) active servicemen and non-fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities;

Second, registration and review
(1) Registration method
1. Registration is accepted from the date of the recruitment announcement, and the deadline for registration is June 26, 2022 17:00.
2. Registration method: online registration. Send the registration form (Annex 2), personal profile (Annex 3) and related registration materials directly by e-mail. 3. Materials required for registration:

(2) Graduates should provide the employment recommendation form (original) issued by their institutions when registering. Foreign academic degrees need to be certified by the Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

4. Matters needing attention in registration
(1) The above registration materials must be scanned with the original documents, paying attention to completeness and clarity; All materials must be provided truthfully, and the hospital will review the information provided by the candidates. Anyone who practices fraud, once verified, will immediately cancel the examination or employment qualification.
(2) Applicants should use the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period to register, and the ID cards used for registration and assessment must be consistent.
(3) The required working years in the recruitment post conditions are sufficient years.
(4) The majors filled in by fresh graduates who have not yet obtained the diploma should be consistent with the professional names on the recommendation form for two-way employment of graduates issued by their schools, and the majors filled in by other applicants should be consistent with the professional names on the diploma.
(5) There is no test proportion in this open recruitment. Candidates who pass the qualification examination should take the exam on time according to the time and place notified by our college, otherwise they will be rejected.
(2) Qualification examination
1. The hospital conducts preliminary examination and re-examination of candidates' qualifications, and the auditor will notify the candidates of the examination by email within 5 working days after receiving the application materials. If you register within the specified time, but you still haven't received the preliminary feedback by the time of registration, please call us in time. Those who fail to register within the specified time shall be deemed to have failed the examination. Candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination can only enter the qualification review and participate in the assessment after passing the examination.
2. In the process of qualification examination, if there are academic qualifications or industry qualifications that do not meet the requirements of the recruitment position, the registration qualification will be cancelled and the registration examination fee will be refunded. After the examination, if the candidates are found to have cheated, their examination results will be deemed invalid and the registration examination fee will not be refunded.
(3) Payment confirmation
Applicants who have passed the qualification review will pay the registration fee of 100 yuan, and the payment time will be notified separately. Those who fail to pay the registration fee at the time of examination are deemed to have given up.
Third, recruitment assessment.
(1) Evaluation content
No counseling book is specified, and the assessment content is determined according to the specialty and post characteristics, including the necessary comprehensive knowledge, professional knowledge, business ability and work skills. It mainly tests the professional knowledge, working ability, comprehensive analysis ability, adaptability, organization and coordination ability, values and manners of the candidates.
(B) Evaluation and performance calculation methods
1. evaluation method
Interview-a position in which the number of people who pass the qualification examination is less than or equal to 5 times the number of recruits;
Positions with more than 5 times the number of qualified people-written test+interview.
2. Comprehensive score calculation method
The total assessment score is 100, and the comprehensive score of 60 is qualified.
(1) All grades are calculated with a percentage system, and two decimal places are reserved.
(2) Direct interview position: the interview result is the final result. According to the results of the qualified personnel in the interview, they are ranked from high to low, and the high scores are selected.
(3) Written test+interview post: The comprehensive score is calculated according to the proportion of written test score accounting for 40% and interview score accounting for 60%. The full score of the paper is 100, and the passing line is 60. According to the written test scores from high to low, they are: those who pass the exam. Except for the nursing position with the ratio of number of recruits 1:2, the rest positions are determined to enter the interview examiner list in turn according to the ratio of number of recruits 1:3. If the comprehensive scores are the same, the ranking will be determined according to the interview results from high to low.
(3) The specific time and place will be notified separately. Please pay attention to the column of "talent recruitment" in the hospital.
Fourth, physical examination and investigation
(1) According to the physical examination results of candidates, the list of physical examination personnel shall be determined from high score to low score according to the proportion of the number of recruitment positions 1 1, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by the candidates themselves. Those who fail the medical examination will not be hired. Those who pass the physical examination will be inspected, focusing on the qualifications, political thoughts, law-abiding, moral quality, personal credit, professional ability and work performance of the candidates.
(2) In the process of examination, physical examination and investigation, if the post is vacant due to unqualified, abandoned post or other reasons, our college will decide whether to fill the post, and fill the post in turn according to the total test score from high to low (those who are not filled will not be filled).

After passing the medical examination, the list of candidates to be admitted will be publicized on the website of the unit for 7 working days. If the applicant fails to go through the corresponding formalities within the prescribed time limit due to unilateral reasons, his admission qualification will be cancelled.
