20xx1October 7-9, participated in the agricultural science and technology training course for technical instructors of the reform and construction project of grass-roots agricultural technology extension system organized by the Municipal Agriculture Bureau.

In this training, the lecturers are all very prestigious agricultural technical experts and industry experts in the provinces and cities, and specifically explained the technical contents such as green rice cultivation technology, auricularia auricula cultivation technology, Chinese herbal medicine variety selection and planting technology, fruit tree variety introduction and planting technology, perilla planting technology, modern agricultural mechanization technology application and so on.

Through training, I learned new agricultural projects and technologies that I didn't pay attention to in the past, understood the new situation, and made clear the direction and thinking of future work, which laid a certain foundation for better providing technical services for farmers in my township in the future.

In the future work, we must strengthen our study, enrich ourselves, improve our knowledge structure, update our concepts, improve our professional quality and technical service ability, and combine the production practice in our hometown with in-depth research and serious thinking to popularize the new knowledge and technology learned in this training to farmers.

Guide farmers to adapt to market changes, change the single planting structure, provide more "new, special and excellent" agricultural products for people, and contribute to the agricultural development, planting structure adjustment and farmers' income increase in our township.
