(three) to study and formulate the work objectives of attracting investment, utilizing foreign capital, utilizing domestic and foreign funds, economic and technological cooperation and regional cooperation in the whole region, and organize their implementation.

(four) to co-ordinate investment promotion and economic cooperation in the whole region; Responsible for the planning, scheme formulation and implementation of major investment promotion activities at home and abroad in the whole region; Take the lead in organizing professional and industrial investment promotion activities.

(five) responsible for the establishment of the investment promotion system and working mechanism in the whole region; Responsible for the management, guidance, coordination, performance evaluation and assessment of investment attraction in various parks and towns; Responsible for the statistics and analysis of the utilization of foreign capital, domestic capital and economic and technological cooperation in the whole region.

(six) responsible for the planning, packaging, release and promotion of important investment projects at home and abroad in the region, and establishing a project library and a customer library; Organize the promotion, negotiation and coordination of investment promotion and economic cooperation key projects.

(seven) responsible for the contact between the region and important customers at home and abroad, and organize the reception of important groups and customers' visits and negotiations; Responsible for the negotiation of foreign capital utilization and domestic capital projects in the whole region; Coordinate and supervise the implementation of contracted projects; Organize enterprises to negotiate with each other and participate in organization and coordination to promote overseas investment; To undertake the visit of the delegation from the district government to attract investment.

(eight) to organize and promote various forms of investment promotion activities such as entrusted investment promotion, agent investment promotion, intermediary investment promotion, professional investment promotion and online investment promotion; Hire investment consultants, train investment professionals, carry out investment training, and establish and maintain investment networks; Responsible for foreign-related business knowledge training and policy and legal advice.

(9) To be responsible for managing and guiding the investment promotion business of overseas offices; Responsible for selecting part-time investment promotion personnel.

(ten) responsible for the supervision and inspection of the implementation of the policy of attracting investment, utilizing foreign capital and utilizing domestic funds in the whole region; Responsible for supervising and inspecting the implementation of relevant laws, regulations, contracts and articles of association of foreign-invested enterprises in the whole region.
