According to the current regulations of the Ministry of Education, it is illegal for interest classes and subject classes to charge tuition fees one year in advance. At present, the Ministry of Education stipulates that no off-campus training institution may charge tuition fees for more than three months at a time. Tuition for more than one semester shall not be paid in advance or in any form.
