I am a college student and a beginner in tennis. In order to cope with the exam, how to make a small training plan to improve the baseline hitting skills?
1. Practice steps

(1) According to the technical and footwork requirements of baseline forehand and backhand strokes, you can practice swinging with your bare hands or holding the racket first, and experience the essentials of pulling back, turning your shoulders and waist, and exchanging your center of gravity when swinging.

(2) When swinging, you can practice the decomposition of a single action first. For example, the preparation action is "1"; Swing back, step forward to the side is "2"; Waist twist, swinging forward as "3"; Keep up with the pace, the action is restored to "4". Then swing continuously until the strength is set.

(3) On the basis of in-situ swing practice, combined with footwork and swing practice, I realized the coordination of footwork and technique.

(4) Practice forehand and backhand strokes. This kind of practice method is efficient and effective for beginners, and can understand the movements and the sense of the ball well.

(5) The coach serves multiple balls to practice hitting the ball with a single action.

2. Bottom line training method

(1) baseline forehand and backhand, oblique straight line practice.

(2) The bottom line is a bit before and after, practice two points. Set the line first, and gradually increase the difficulty to the unfixed line.

(3) Practice of two diagonals on two straight lines. Also known as the "8" word line, the line is fixed first and then not fixed.

(4) Cross practice of diagonal lines and straight lines. Also known as the "n" word line.

(5) The practice of bottom line attack and defense.

(6) Backhand, backhand and sideways.

(7) Two-thirds of the venues are practicing with rackets, one shot or two points.

(8) Baseline single-line fixed-point sparring and multi-ball saving practice to improve hitting times and training intensity.

(9) Increase the baseline single line or comprehensive practice change line to improve actual combat ability.

(10) The first two volleys of the net, the baseline forehand and backhand are fixed to break the net, which shortens the return time and increases the density and difficulty of the practice.

(1 1) One person volleys in front of the net, and the baseline breaks the net to practice diagonal lines or straight lines.

(12) One person intercepts the control ball in front of the net, and the baseline player runs and breaks the net, thus improving the breaking ability in running.

(13) intercept in front of the net, break the net at the bottom line, and change the line to improve the actual breaking ability.

3. Preventive measures

(1) In the teaching process, we should pay attention to the principle of step by step, first slow and then fast, first light and then heavy, first steady and then fierce, from shallow to deep, and gradually master.

(2) Pay special attention to practice hitting the ball when running, and combine the dead line with actual combat.

(3) Hold the racket correctly, prepare in advance, concentrate and keep your eyes on the ball.

(4) The wrist should be firm when touching the ball, the hitting action should be simplified, the center of gravity should be stable when hitting the ball, and the racket should follow up completely and gently after hitting the ball.

4. Easy-to-make mistakes and correction methods

(1) Forehand stroke.

① It is difficult to hit the ball because the hitting point is too far back.

Correction method: A. Repeatedly emphasize the correct hitting position. B. Practitioners stand in the same place, throw the ball at the correct hitting position or practice hitting the ball repeatedly by a special person.

② The elbow joint is in the lead when pulling the racket, and it is difficult to fasten the wrist and forearm when hitting the ball, so the ball is weak.

Correction method: A. Practitioner's elbow joint is fixed, and after pushing and patting with non-holding clap, the racquet action is completed. B. One person stands behind the practitioner with his hand against the elbow of the practitioner. C. emphasize that the practitioner uses the racket head to swing the racket back, not the arm to swing the racket back.

(3) The racket swings back too much.

Correcting method: A. Practitioners start from the preparation posture, and turn to the grip side to the side facing the field with their right feet as the axis, without requiring the racket to swing back. B. Set obstacles behind the exerciser to limit the excessive backswing of the racket.

(4) When hitting the ball, the racket face can't be fixed, so that the ball can't get forward strength.

Correction method: A. Ask the practitioner to stop shooting at the moment of hitting the ball, and then swing the ball to the end. B. Ask the practitioner to check whether the racket face is basically vertical to the ground after each stroke. C. Ask the practitioner to draw a forehand stroke close to the golf ball and feel that the racket face is open.

⑤ After hitting the ball, the racket is not swung enough, and it feels like hitting the ball.

Correction method: A. Repeatedly imitate the waving action. B. Ask the practitioner to finish the racket action on the left shoulder after hitting the ball.

6. Inconsistent footwork when hitting the ball.

Correction method: A. After throwing the ball repeatedly, the practitioner moves actively and stops at the correct hitting position to check whether the position is correct. B. Practitioners practice repeatedly by approaching the ball with small stride and fast frequency.

⑦ After hitting the ball, the left hand crosses on the chest.

Correction method: A. When practicing, the practitioner is required to put his left hand in front of his body, and when the ball approaches, his left hand points to the ball. B. Ask the practitioner to take the neck as the axis and turn the shoulders when hitting the ball. C. During hitting the ball, the practitioner can also put his left hand in his pocket.

(2) Backhand stroke

① It is difficult to hit the ball if the hitting point is too late or too far back.

Correction method: A. When the practitioner is practicing, he stops at the moment of hitting the ball and checks the ball point. Hit the ball with a timely racket.

② The backswing is insufficient or too slow.

Correction method: A. Practitioner prepares posture. One person throws a few balls to the exerciser, and the exerciser quickly turns his body and pulls the racket back to avoid the ball touching the racket as much as possible. B. Practitioners pay attention to the feeling of muscle tension when the left hand is pulled to the left shoulder. This level is required every time.

③ insufficient swing with the swing.

Correction method: A. Practitioners stand sideways, the racket does not swing back, and practice backhand repeatedly. B. The practitioner stands at a certain distance from the barbed wire and other obstacles (the racket-holding side is about 1.5 meters away from the net), and one person throws the ball. After hitting the ball, the practitioner is required to touch obstacles such as the money screen.

(4) racquet racket is too far away from the body.

Correction method: A. Let the practitioner touch the body with the handle at the end of the racquet. B. When pulling the racket, the practitioner slaps the racket with the other hand, forcing the racket to cling to the body.

⑤ Not enough rotation during racquet.

Correction method: a. Hit the ball at a large angle to the left of the practitioner, forcing the practitioner to turn around and chase the ball. Practitioners practice backhand rotation repeatedly.

(3) The backhand chop is easy to make mistakes and its correction methods.

① The end of the racket is too low.

Correction method: A. When practicing, the height of the racket head is required to be higher than the height of the backhand topspin after the racquet. B. Pull the racket in advance when hitting the ball.

② Not enough swing.

Correction method: A. Practitioners repeatedly imitate the correct swing after hitting the ball. B set a sign at the end of the swing, and the practitioner will repeatedly practice throwing and touching the net. Ask the practitioner to touch the mark after hitting the ball.
