This open recruitment examination is conducted by a combination of written examination and interview.

The written test content is material analysis and writing. The specific examination subjects are entrusted by the recruiting unit to an independent third-party organization with the qualification of examination proposition, and the total score of the examination paper is 100. After the written test, the interviewer will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 3 (those with insufficient ratio will enter the interview according to the actual number). Candidates who enter the interview can download the interview notice online. The interview adopts a structured interview method, which mainly tests the applicant's oral expression ability, adaptability, analytical ability, accuracy of answering questions and demeanor. The total interview score 100, and those below 60 will be eliminated.
3. Achievements
The total score of the test is the sum of 50% of the written test score and 50% of the interview score, and the full score is 100. Among those who pass the interview, the physical examination and assessment objects are determined according to the high score and low score ratio of 1: 1. The total score is the same, and the total score is the same as the written test score by adding the test subjects. After the interview, the total scores of the interview and examination and the list of participants in the physical examination and assessment will be published on Ningbo Personnel Establishment Network and China Ningbo Training Network.
(3) Physical examination and evaluation
After downloading the physical examination notice on the internet (or receiving the telephone notice), the participants will attend the physical examination at the designated place at the required time. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the Physical Examination Standard for the Employment of National Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (Trial).
After the physical examination, the recruiting unit will make a detailed assessment of the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of those who pass the physical examination. Those who fail the exam will be eliminated.
When there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified physical examination or assessment, among those who have passed the interview, they will be filled according to the total test scores from high to low.
(4) Publicity and employment
The list of persons to be employed shall be reported to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval by the competent department, and publicized on Ningbo Personnel Establishment Network and China Ningbo Training Network for seven working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection, the personnel relationship transfer formalities shall be handled and the employment contract shall be signed. Persons who belong to agricultural families and intend to be employed shall go through the formalities of transferring from rural areas to non-rural areas at the same time as going through the employment formalities. If it is not handled, the employment contract shall be terminated during the probation period (probation period) or when the initial salary expires.
