You mean the short-term forecast job training qualification certificate, right? As far as I know, the work license issued by China Meteorological Bureau has two training points. One is the Meteorological Observatory of the South Seventh Hospital (now Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology), which was photographed there last year. I don't remember the other one. There is a training opportunity in April every year, and the training time is about one month. First the theory class (every weekend), then the computer practice. The examination is also divided into two parts: one part is written examination, the content of which is theoretical course, and the other part is computer examination, which uses micaps system to predict the next day of the examination day. As long as you listen carefully, it is not difficult to pass, but you can't take it lightly. It has been strict since last year, especially the computer test. Two-thirds of the people were stuck, and only 100 of more than 300 people registered.
Non-meteorological majors should be able to register. You can consult the training center for this. If you are a non-meteorological major, you should work hard to pass this training exam. At least you should have a basic understanding of meteorological knowledge and listen carefully in class. You can read "Weather Principles" or "Weather Analysis" for advice. Wish you success!
