1. When the voltage is high, the welding wire melts quickly, the wire feeding can't keep up, the spatter is small, the particles are large, the metal sheet and iron sheet are easy to burn through, and the sound is loud.
2. The popular point of electric arc is that striking a light produces light. Voltage is the speed of melting welding wire, which should be matched with the appropriate wire feeding speed to improve welding efficiency.
3. Inductance is arc thrust. When it is low, the melting depth is low and the splash is small. When it is high, on the contrary, inductance has little effect in shielded welding, but it has obvious effect in electric welding and argon arc welding.
4, three adjustment buttons! Voltage, current, linear velocity. When the wire drawing speed is high, the current and voltage will increase, otherwise the wire will not melt obviously, and there will be a big splash and crack.
5, the current-voltage ratio is good, and the sound is the same as the buzzer. Pay attention to the solder joint when welding, and the previous solder joint will be pressed by two-thirds. If the solder joint is red, please wait for some time to prevent burning through.
6. In case of vertical welding with low required strength, it is suggested to reverse flow, which can make the weld smooth and flat (let the molten iron go down, but the current and voltage should be slightly higher, otherwise the weld will not work).
7. Welding on thin iron sheet is generally bumpy due to excessive current, and the weld is very high. If the voltage is too high, it will burn through or the solder joint will be smashed.
8. Without electricity, it will be difficult to strike an arc, that is, it will not catch fire. This may be because the welding wire is aging, or the welding torch switch is not working, and the older the welding machine, the more normal it is. I once used a magical machine, but I couldn't turn it off, and the welding wire would stop for a long time once it was turned off.
9, in order to achieve the best effect of weld control, should keep the welding wire directly on the edge of the molten pool. When the welding operation is in an abnormal position (vertical welding, horizontal welding and overhead welding), the welding pool should be kept small to achieve the best control of the welding seam, and the welding wire with the smallest diameter should be used as much as possible.
