Compulsory self-funded training
An unreasonable and unequal proposal.

Be sure to sign a training and employment agreement with the company, otherwise all the expenses will be paid by yourself. During the internship, you can assign an impossible task at will, and then say that you don't meet the post requirements and dismiss you, and you won't get a penny back then.

There are three possible pitfalls:

1, the training base generates income, and anyone can participate in the training at their own expense;

2. The internship period is also a probation period. During the probation period, especially the probation period without contract guarantee, the labor relationship can be dissolved at any time, even without any reason;

3. The internship will give you a huge workload and complete the projects or tasks temporarily added by the employer. Once the full-time employment expires, you will be forced to leave your job automatically for various reasons without paying any compensation.

Special note: verbally promise to reimburse training fees, and you can't believe it. Even if you really become a full-time employee, you will also put forward various additional reimbursement conditions, default on training fees, and even deduct wages with various rules and regulations, and deduct your training fees and report them to you.

This kind of thing without an agreed guarantee must be considered clearly and be vigilant.
