First, establish a healthy educational concept.

Strengthening the main position of school education and deepening the governance of off-campus training institutions are the needs of building a good educational ecology, promoting students' all-round development and healthy growth, and are measures to follow the laws of education, pay attention to students' healthy physical and mental growth, guarantee students' right to rest and reduce parents' burden. Compared with academic performance and professional skills, parents should pay more attention to their children's physical and mental health and their quality improvement and all-round development. Parents should establish a healthy educational concept, rationally choose off-campus training, and don't blindly follow suit.

Second, carefully choose off-campus training institutions.

Parents should carefully decide whether to participate in off-campus training in combination with children's mental state, hobbies and other factors. If it is really necessary to carry out children's off-campus training, we should carefully choose off-campus training institutions with complete licenses and teachers with corresponding subject qualifications, and sign off-campus training service contracts for primary and secondary school students formulated by the Ministry of Education and the State Administration of Market Supervision with the off-campus training institutions to standardize the rights and obligations of both parties. All unlicensed and unlicensed off-campus institutions that have not obtained the qualifications of teachers in corresponding disciplines are not qualified to engage in discipline training for primary and secondary school students.

Third, conduct discipline training in accordance with regulations.

When it is really necessary to arrange for children to participate in offline off-campus training, the training end time from Monday to Friday should be no later than 20:30. When arranging children to participate in online off-campus training, the training end time shall not be later than 2 1. Do not participate in the discipline training of "over-standard teaching", "leading teaching" and "intensive examination", do not participate in online training for preschool children, and do not participate in offline discipline training for preschool children in the name of preschool classes, young bridging classes and thinking training classes. Don't take up national holidays, rest days and winter and summer vacations to train children, don't send children to unqualified off-campus training institutions and trainers for subject training, don't send children to teachers who are editing for off-campus paid remedial classes, don't use overseas education courses, don't participate in training conducted by foreigners abroad, and don't participate in training that promotes feudal dross and illegally spreads religion in the name of "Chinese studies".

Fourth, pay off-campus training fees rationally.

In accordance with the provisions of the state, do not pay a one-time training fee that spans more than 3 months to off-campus training institutions; The items and amount of payment should be reflected in the model contract signed with the agency, and legal bills should be requested from the agency. We should be rational, don't believe in the behavior of blind off-campus training institutions charging tuition fees for more than three months in any name such as "course package", "discount" and "class time gift", and don't be induced by the preferential commitment of training institutions.

Five, in line with the requirements of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.

Remind children to participate in off-campus training, should refer to the normal prevention and control requirements of COVID-19 epidemic in primary and secondary schools, strengthen personal prevention and control measures, and do a good job of self-protection.
