The second registration can choose "Xi Language Training and Testing Center" and the second registration can choose "Xi Railway Vocational and Technical College Putonghua Level Testing Station".

Implement the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Common Language Law", promote the popularization and application of the national common language, promote the institutionalization, standardization and scientificization of the Putonghua proficiency test in our city, and further meet the needs of the social personnel in our city for the Putonghua proficiency test.

Putonghua proficiency test is a professional evaluation to examine the level and proficiency of candidates in using the national common language, and it is also a standardized Chinese proficiency test for candidates. The standardization of pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar in the process of using Putonghua is an important basis for evaluating the level of candidates.

Fees and payment methods

1. charging standard: according to the provisions of the provincial price bureau and the provincial finance department (Shaanxi price air letter [2005] 173), those who voluntarily participate in the testing will be charged the testing fee according to 40 yuan/person-time. Candidates can voluntarily choose to participate in training or purchase teaching materials, and no unit or individual may force them.

2. Payment method: The exam payment is mainly based on on-site payment, and candidates pay on-site on the day of the exam.
