Taking remedial classes gives you a concrete understanding of GRE, but it can't replace the process of studying GRE hard. Therefore, I personally suggest that you buy a little red book before you go, reverse the order of the little red books and start making a plan for memorizing words for yourself. In addition, you should have a full understanding of the content of this exam before the teacher of the remedial class explains it to you, and position yourself so as not to lose your direction after you go.
PS: Go to school in winter of 2008. This is a memory. Come on!
