Vocational schools are institutions that undertake the task of academic qualifications and vocational education, which are divided into primary vocational schools, secondary vocational schools and higher vocational schools. Developing vocational education is an important way to promote China's economic and social development and employment. Since the reform and opening up, China's vocational education has made great progress, but it is still far from meeting the needs of economic development for skilled technical personnel. In order to promote the further reform and development of vocational education, China's "Outline of Education Reform and Development" proposes that by the end of this century, 50% ~ 70% of junior high school graduates will enter secondary vocational schools or training centers, and the proportion of students in secondary vocational schools in senior high schools in China will reach about 60%. In order to achieve this goal, we are faced with the problems of shortage of school funds and unstable supply channels. The state's financial investment in vocational education has increased year by year, but it still cannot meet the needs of vocational education development.
