Second, the examination registration
(1) Qualification for registration
This year's junior high school graduates who meet the requirements of 20 14 Suqian ordinary high school enrollment, and candidates who meet the following conditions, can sign up for this year's sports art special student exam.
1. Candidates applying for special education should have participated in official competitions sponsored or held by the education authorities at or above the county level (including the county level) in junior high school, among which individual projects won prizes, the top eight in provincial and municipal competitions, the top six in county and municipal competitions, the top six in collective projects won prizes, the top six in provincial and municipal competitions and the top three in county and municipal competitions.
2. (II) Registration Procedures Candidates fill in the registration form (Annex II), and with the consent of their school, the functional departments of the county (district) Education Bureau will review and confirm and fill in the registration summary form (Annex III), and affix the official seal of the county (district) Education Bureau. They will report to the Sports Health Art Department of the Municipal Education Bureau before May 12, and will not be admitted after the deadline. (3) Number of applicants

(4) Examination fee
According to the provisions of document No.40 [2005] on room and board, the entrance examination fees for sports and arts are 40 yuan and 20 yuan respectively.
(5) Time and place of the examination
The exam is scheduled to be held on May 17- 18 in the junior middle school of Suqian Economic Development Zone (No.Weijiu Road 1 Suqian Economic Development Zone).
The examination takes the county (district) as the unit and is conducted according to time. See the admission ticket for the specific registration and examination time. All counties (districts) and schools directly under the municipal government are requested to go to the Sports Health Art Department of the Municipal Education Bureau (office 7 15) on the morning of May. Candidates are required to report with the admission ticket and take the exam.
During the examination, schools in counties (districts) and municipalities directly under the Central Government must be led by special personnel to ensure the safety of transportation, accommodation and meals for candidates.
Third, the examination subjects
(1) Sports
There are four events: 100 m, standing triple jump, 800 m and solid ball throwing, with 25 points for each event and a total score of 100. (2) Art category
1. Vocal music, instrumental music and dance majors have two subjects, basic music and examiners' subjects, with a total score of 100, including 40 points for basic music and 60 points for examiners' subjects. The contents of the basic music examination are: solfeggio, solfeggio, major and minor tones or pentatonic national mode scales; Practice your ears and sing in 2-4 bars. The main examination subjects are: Choose a song for cappella in vocal music class, and the time is no more than 3 minutes. Choose a track to play for no more than 5 minutes in instrumental music class. Dance class can choose the performance content, the time is no more than 5 minutes, and you can bring your own accompaniment.
2. Art majors set up sketch modeling, with a total score of 100. The content of the sketch exam is: still life sketch (providing photos). 4K sketch paper is provided for the exam, and other tools and materials are provided. Examination time 120 minutes.
3. The calligraphy major has two subjects, namely, the prescribed body and the optional body, with a total score of 100, including 60 points for the prescribed body and 40 points for the optional body. It is stipulated that the content of calligraphy examination is: write a regular script font according to the provided words. A 4-foot rice paper was provided on site. (3) Achievement appraisal
According to the examination results of candidates, those who reach the qualified score (60 points) or above in the total score of the reported category are identified as special students in this category. Taking the test score ×40% as the test score of special students, the municipal education bureau will issue a certificate of achievement and enter it into the entrance examination system of senior high school entrance examination as a reference score for ordinary high schools to recruit special students.
Fourth, the relevant enrollment policies
(1) In 2065438+2004, senior high schools in our city adopted the regional enrollment policy. Except Suqian Middle School and Shuyang Rudong Middle School, other schools are not allowed to enroll students across regions. Sports and art candidates can apply for related categories and majors according to their own reality and the enrollment plan of ordinary high schools in their regions.
(2) Candidates who have participated in the professional test for sports art specialty students organized by the Municipal Education Bureau and obtained qualified and above results must choose to fill in the volunteers for sports art specialty students when filling in the volunteers for ordinary high schools. Otherwise, they are regarded as ordinary volunteers.
(3) When ordinary senior high schools recruit students majoring in physical education and art, the professional test scores are converted by 40% and sorted by the results of the senior high school entrance examination. According to the enrollment plan, from high score to low score, the test scores shall not be lower than the minimum control score of ordinary high schools. When signing up for the unified recruitment plan, the sum of the converted professional test scores and the senior high school entrance examination scores cannot be lower than the unified recruitment line of the school. When the admission is unsatisfactory, ordinary candidates will be transcribed. Students majoring in physical education and art participate in the general admission only by virtue of the results of the senior high school entrance examination.
