First, department system construction, workflow management and post responsibility implementation.
Further refine, standardize and strengthen all kinds of institutional processes, modify unreasonable parts according to the operating characteristics of departments and problems existing in work, and form a systematic, complete, operable and easy-to-understand rules and regulations system. The five-routine method is applied to strengthen the meticulous management of departmental public tools, maintenance materials, equipment files, equipment and facilities, deepen employees' ideological understanding, cultivate employees' good work habits, and form a clean, orderly and respectful atmosphere in the team.
Second, strengthen departmental training, explore new training forms, improve employees' comprehensive skills and pay attention to practical training and assessment. Cross-training promotes the versatility of team members and forms a team of employees with strong learning ability.
Through on-site training, pre-class training, monthly training, taking the old with the new, cross-teaching, etc., the theoretical knowledge and practical level of employees will be improved as comprehensively as possible, and the situation that the previous training went through the motions and the training effect was not obvious will be improved. There is no doubt that the maintenance level of equipment and facilities needs to be improved. The hotel has been operating for many years, and the equipment failure rate has risen rapidly. The maintenance level not only determines the working efficiency of the user department and the comfort of the guests, but also determines the service life of the equipment. Strengthen the planning of maintenance management, so that the equipment can be properly maintained before the fault point, which not only reduces the cost but also reduces the labor cost. Through the statistical analysis of the historical data of equipment failure causes, a scientific maintenance plan is formulated, seriously implemented, the responsible person is identified and strictly inspected, so that this work can be carried out.
Five, the introduction of new technologies, new equipment, new technology, strengthen the upgrading of existing equipment and facilities, strengthen energy-consuming equipment management, process management, operation management, improve the comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy, complete energy control indicators.
Strengthen the inspection and supervision of the energy consumption of various departments, increase the intensity of rewards and punishments, promptly correct unreasonable energy use, and ensure rational energy use. Do a good job in the selection and installation of all kinds of equipment after the introduction of thermoelectric steam to ensure the maximum investment benefit. Through the rational distribution of departmental energy-saving awards, employees are encouraged to give more suggestions, do more work and use more brains, analyze and compare the shift consumption of HVAC operation posts, and establish energy consumption files for various key energy-consuming equipment, so as to strive for greater energy-saving performance throughout the year.
