Summary of part-time teacher training class 20 10 07 19 to August 3, I was lucky enough to attend the part-time teacher training class undertaken by Weiyang Lake Training Center of Oilfield Company. Because it is a full-time study, office leaders and colleagues have given me great support, so I cherish this rare learning opportunity and regard the learning process as a process of fully charging and improving my quality. Through 70 hours of study in five units, I have improved my basic training and teaching methods, personal professional quality and comprehensive ability. The training activities are arranged reasonably, with rich contents, focusing on integrating theory with practice and improving our basic literacy and ability as part-time teachers. Through this training and study, my gains mainly include the following three aspects: First, I am close to the actual teaching content and have mastered the training skills and methods. By studying the course contents such as "quality tasks of part-time teachers, basic methods of training and teaching, etiquette and communication skills of teachers in classroom teaching, teaching methods and lesson plan compilation", we have a systematic understanding of training and teaching, and understand the characteristics of adult learning and how to effectively carry out enterprise training from the aspects of students' psychological characteristics and psychological needs. Guide students to proceed from reality, learn the attitude, knowledge and skills they should have as part-time teachers, face the ever-changing situation and needs of enterprises, be good at using creative thinking, effectively teach employees, and stimulate their self-motivation and potential; I learned the basic knowledge of lesson plan compilation, mastered the whole steps of specific teaching, especially in classroom teaching, gave practical and useful guidance methods on how to organize, how to connect content, control topics and change topics, and improved my basic skills in training teachers, teaching skills and professional shaping. Second, participate in experiential training to increase intelligence. Through various forms of practical exercises such as "self-introduction", "three-minute interaction" and "group discussion", I have improved my comprehensive ability in the process of personal involvement, learning experience and exhibition exchange. For example, self-introduction provides an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other and show their personal style, and exercises their on-site language expression ability; Three minutes of interaction, through the display of personal works, communication, enhance understanding; By setting the theme and making presentations by representatives of each group, I can make use of my existing knowledge and experience, earnestly perform the duties of the group leader, actively organize my classmates to plan, exercise the ability of organization, coordination and communication, and at the same time see my own shortcomings. Through the demonstration on the stage, I honed my logical thinking ability and language expression ability, and learned the advantages and strengths of others from it. Through many participatory discussions and interactive communication between each group of students, I have a deeper understanding of the basic essentials, skills and methods of training and teaching taught by teachers. Thirdly, multimedia courseware forms are wonderful and diverse, which improves the production ability. Multimedia courseware is one of the important contents of computer-aided teaching software. In order to improve the multimedia courseware making level of part-time teachers and better serve the teaching, the training center arranges teachers with strong professional skills to explain the multimedia courseware making as an important content, mainly introducing the multimedia courseware design process, related concepts and basic operation processes. Some skills such as video insertion, FLASH animation insertion and hyperlink are interspersed in the middle, so that you can practice while teaching, digest the classroom content in time, and apply the courseware making skills you have learned to your own trial courseware to make the multimedia courseware more perfect. Fourth, learn from high-quality observation classes, improve the level and quality of trial lectures, and achieve the purpose of practical training. In order to cultivate students' teaching ability and improve their professional quality, this training arranged the observation of high-quality courses, and specially hired two senior lecturers to give demonstration lectures for everyone. Combining the teaching of specialized courses, the two teachers taught their successful experience in teaching to everyone without reservation, and actively communicated with the students to solve the problems existing in the actual training; In the process of students' trial lecture, the four judges followed the principles of seriousness, fairness and science, tried to avoid stereotyped writing and praise and criticism, so as to distinguish between "advantages" and "disadvantages" and hit the nail on the head, so that students could see their own shortcomings from the evaluation, be inspired and learn teaching methods. What moved me most was the serious and responsible working attitude and meticulous professionalism of the four teachers. The trial teaching stage coincided with the high temperature of 37 degrees in Xi 'an, and the teachers did not speed up the trial teaching progress because of the weather. They gave pertinent opinions on the advantages and disadvantages of each college, and put forward corresponding suggestions for practical problems, which won unanimous praise from the students. In short, through this training and study, I feel that I have not only learned theoretical knowledge, but more importantly, gained practical methods and improved my training and teaching ability. In the future, I will strive to get rid of the inertia of self-relaxation, constantly strengthen the internal motivation of autonomous learning, expand the knowledge structure and scope from various channels, so that I can continuously expand the total amount, quality and flow of knowledge and transform it into incremental knowledge, thus obtaining the comprehensive ability of sustainable development.
