Procedures for running training courses include:

1. If an individual applies for engaging in a wholly-owned private enterprise, he shall apply to the local industrial and commercial office with local household registration certificate, identity certificate and other relevant documents;

2. If the industrial and commercial office issues a business license to the county-level administration for industry and commerce after the preliminary examination, if it refuses to register, it shall notify the applicant in writing.

Legal objectivity:

Article 14 of the Measures for the Administration of Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households shall submit the following documents when applying for registration of individual industrial and commercial households: (1) An application for registration of individual industrial and commercial households signed by the applicant; (2) the identity certificate of the applicant; (3) Proof of business place; (4) Other documents required by the State Administration of Market Supervision.
