Nanjing Painting and Calligraphy Institute, located in Laomendong, Qinhuai District, Nanjing, has gathered a group of young and middle-aged painting and calligraphy elites and famous teachers trained by higher art education. On the basis of rich and solid traditional heritage, they have established their own artistic world with remarkable achievements, which is a confirmation of the self-art deepening policy of "learning from tradition, learning from nature, exploring in many ways and constantly improving" at the beginning of the college's establishment.
