All township central schools and units directly under the bureau should act quickly, carry out investigation work in an all-round way, severely investigate and punish illegal training in various disciplines in the form of "one-to-one", "one-to-many", "resident teachers" and "crowdfunding private education" according to laws and regulations, and will not tolerate those who violate the discipline, and will severely investigate and punish until the school license is revoked at the first time, and notify them in time. Those responsible for failing to implement their responsibilities and taking inadequate measures should be seriously investigated for responsibility according to discipline and regulations. At the same time, carry out special rectification work for paid remedial classes for in-service teachers. Once verified, in-service teachers who hold private remedial classes and participate in off-campus training institutions will be dealt with severely and quickly, and will not be tolerated.
All units should intensify their work, educate and guide students not to participate in all kinds of offline training in off-campus training institutions in violation of regulations. Those who participate in off-campus offline training in violation of regulations will be quarantined at home for 7 days and can enter the school only after three negative results of nucleic acid test.
